We understand that each resident has unique needs and preferences. We meet with residents and family and conduct assessments at regular intervals to understand the need for assistance in the following areas:

• Personal hygiene and grooming
• Dressing and clothes selection
• Medication management
• Continence management
• Assistance with eating
• Showering or bathing
• Socialization and activities
• Mobility and transferring
• Monitoring of safety

Upon completion of the assessment, our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals develop an individualized service plan that is monitored daily.
